Addition foundations live or die on coordination: you're digging next to a finished house, matching an existing structure's elevations, and handing off to a framing crew with a date on the calendar. This Burlington addition went exactly to that script.
We excavated, formed, and poured tight against the existing structure, tied the new walls to the old, and left the builder a foundation that matched their layout to the fraction.
