Lexington Hillside Foundation

This Lexington build had everything a flat-lot foundation doesn't: multiple elevation changes, stepped footings, and wall details that had to land exactly where the drawings said they would. We excavated, formed, and poured the entire foundation, working the slope instead of fighting it.

Every step, corner, and beam pocket was laid out to the plans and checked twice before concrete. The result is what a framing crew wants to find on day one — straight, square, and level, all the way around the hill.
