A combined garage-and-addition foundation in Needham. The garage slab was engineered for high point loads, which meant heavier reinforcement and a pour flat enough to matter.
Two structures, one mobilization: excavation, forms, and pours sequenced so the site stayed workable and the schedule stayed intact.
