New construction in Hudson, from excavation to a foundation the site super called crisp — and he wasn't wrong. Square corners, level top of wall, anchor bolts where the plans put them.
A clean foundation isn't luck; it's layout discipline and form work checked at every stage. This one gave the framing crew a perfect starting line.
